Be aware that you have to pay for parking ($2 every 20 minutes) which doesn’t seem like a big deal until they keep you waiting for over an hour. The “medical massage” is a vibration machine not an actual person. The Doctor was unable to adjust my spine. Everyone was nice but it was a complete waste of my time and money.

The clinic and staff were very welcoming and caring, however I had a better experience at other clinics: - The wait time was long, the overall visit totaling 2 hours resulting in higher parking fees - I am used to removing my makeup before the numbing cream. The clinician there told me the numbing cream and alcohol wipe after would anyway take care of that. I am a bit ocd but I was uncomfortable having tinted sunscreen under it. - The numbing wait time was long (30-40 minutes) but I took my laptop and got some work done - The nurse asked me to remove the numbing cream by washing my face with water because it was thick. This resulted in numbing cream getting into my eyes and mouth and my eyes were tingly for a while. My face was completely numb so I didn't know where I was splashing. In previous treatments, the nurse always took care of wiping off any extra numbing cream before asking me to wash my face which made a huge difference. - I will wait and see the results :) Apart from the above, everyone was really pleasant.
