Gotta Have S'more, Los Angeles

Gotta Have S'more founder Carmen Lindner didn't grow up baking. In fact, she practically didn't bake at all until she was 33, when one idea grabbed hold of her imagination and wouldn't let go. After plenty of experimentation in the kitchen, Carmen's idea bloomed into Gotta Have S'more, a unique spin on America's favorite campfire treat.

Though they resemble miniature cupcakes or muffins, Gotta Have S'more's products are neither. Just like actual s'mores and many old houses, these bite-sized treats are built upon a crunchy graham cracker crust. They're also topped with roasted marshmallow, and each one is hand-dipped in dark or white chocolate. Customers may receive an array of flavors, from caramel to peanut butter to cookies and creme.
