The staff was very friendly, but the Pico laser treatment for my brown spots, made things much worse. All the progress I had made with other treatments was undone after getting Pico here. My melasma/brown spots came back in areas that I didn’t have or were barely noticible. Now I’m back to square one after 3 yrs of progress. This was a terrible treatment and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

2 stars only because friendly but felt a bit scammed. Compared to getting elsewhere, this took less than 5 seconds for my tattoo which other places had taken atleast 15 seconds. After driving out of the way 25 minutes and paying for parking I felt unhappy leaving. Have seen no difference since 3 weeks since, as compared to slight noticeable results at the last place.
