Don't return calls and no show on appointments

AWFUL!!! The first cleaning we received from them, they arrived over an hour late and they left water all over the bathroom floor and did not finish the job due to their late arrival and their 5pm end time. The second cleaning - I had called for 3 weeks, left countless messages and emails, never to receive a call back to schedule our appointment. I dont forsee me ever using this service again and would not recommend Groupon or my friends do either!

They used a product on my floors that left a horrible film. I had to clean the floors again. When I wanted them to come back you could never get them on the phone. I wonder if this is a legit business or four people saying they're a professional service. Seems to me that they sold to many and did not have the professional backing to provide service.

Take forever to call you back for appointment. Never called me back to book second appointment. Got tired of calling them, just let the Groupon lapse. Service was poor, very basic clean up. Not even worth Groupon discounted rate. Definitely will never use their service again.
