I was sadly disappointed with my experience. I purchased the Groupon in hopes of finding a new local spot to get a hydrafacial. After I purchased and scheduled my appt, MDS advised me that with the Groupon, my facial would only be a 30min experience. Although a disappointing length of time for the price, I appreciated the heads up since they're typically at least 1hr. The ambiance was odd - I walked into a brightly lit room (stark Dr. office vibes) and they never even dimmed the lights for the facial. The hydrafacial was barely 15min long and half-hearted, for $149 + a $30 tip (tipped before realizing the time spend)...talk about instant regret. I reached out to MDS and have received no response. I recommend paying a little extra and going to Orange Twist in Brea - highly highly recommend going there for a spa-like professional experience!

I called on a Tuesday for a laser hair removal appointment and got in the next day. The staff were all very friendly. Stephanie did the laser treatment and she was professional and friendly. I used Groupon coupons, so I got a good deal too. I highly recommend MDS Medical Spa in Woodland Hills.

I had a great first experience at MDS. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I had a great facial by Vanessa. The spa is clean and they have refreshments in the waiting area.
