I purchased a 2-session treatment and I was able to used the first one yesterday. When i asked for the next earliest appointment i can schedule, i was suprised that it is after 180days to be able to set a new appointment for the 2nd session. What??? There is not point of getting this kind of deal if the waiting for the next redemption is after 6months

Facility was clean, the staff was very professional, and the acne facial was superb. The only downside is that it’s difficult making an appointment because they’re so booked! Had to make my appointment a month in advance. Regardless, I foresee myself coming back in the future.

Doesn’t say that they don’t accept more than one groupon so I went in with my second and the man proceeded to be very rude and told me they can’t keep giving out facials like that. Doesn’t say anywhere in the fine print that it wasn’t allowed and when I called in for my appointment I clarified it was a groupon and not my first time so I’m not exactly sure why I was spoken down to like that.
