At Mono Poke, guests can get a little taste of Hawaii without leaving Los Angeles. Their menu consists of just one item—poke bowls—but from there the choices are nearly limitless. Each bowl comes with a choice of proteins atop white or brown rice or spring mix, from the traditional tuna to more unusual offerings like octopus or tofu. After that, guests complete their creations by choosing a sauce like traditional poke sauce or spicy mayo and selecting their toppings, which run the gamut from seaweed salad and edamame to crispy onions and cilantro.
