The worst facial I've had. I'm an esthetician so I know all about facial protocol, the steps even the products. no initial skin analysis or consultation even after the first cleanse. Did not get any form of facial massage and I even had to ask to perform extractions which is clearly stated in the deep Cleanse Facial. The esty wasn't aware that I had a groupon so it couldn't of been cause of that
