Love that they offer kid's classes at the same time that I can take an adult class. This is a great environment, and it's refreshing to go to a studio that offers classes that play real music to break a sweat to.

I have taken many yoga classes at many different places over the years. One Down Dog Yoga is one of the best. With two large studios,, a warm friendly staff, and an array of fabulous classes taught by knowledgeable, helpful instructors, this is my go to Yoga studio!
