Wonderful classes and wonderful teachers. I signed up for a membership after my Groupon because I really loved ODD. I was very sad to cancel when I moved to a different state.

I enjoyed my first SWEAT class! It was challenging as a beginner yogi, but I felt comfortable and accepted when I had to take breaks. Fun, positive instructor. Friendly staff, and easy morning parking.

The class was good, but the air in the room is stale and sweaty. I also wonder how often they clean the floor. I thought the instructor who is the owner did a good job. I would suggest using air filters and cleaning the floors more often
