Totally worth it :) especially if you don't have much free time, or need an extra boost. Sean comes and does a 30 minute training session, with some stretching afterwords. Very nice person too!

I love Sean. He is the best. I ask a million questions about diet food you name it and he is patient with me. I have a gym in my bldg and he has gotten me started on a program. You should definitely use Sean. He is ALWAYS early you can warm up before he gets here and I have lost 7 pounds since we started. Still more to go but am thrilled. Highly recommend. He has me doing things I never did with other trainers. And he knows what he is doing. I never want him to stop coming! Call him today. Coco
