Too tough of a workout if you are not already in good shape. One instructor did not ask students if anyone was new to Pilates. I Hard to follow as music is loud and instructors directions not clear through the speakers.

Definitely the best pilates studio in the Valley for someone looking for a combo of pilates and cardio. Super fast results!

The best workout you will ever do. If you want to get a full body workout in under an hour, this is for you! The moves are a combination aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Easy on the joints, great for strength and balance, yet very challenging. The attention given by the instructors is personal, even though it's in a class setting. All the instructors are awesome!

Continuing from my last review. It's a hard workout but it's only 55 mins and you burn calories throughout the day. It's amazing what this class does for you. I'll never stop going. For people wondering I would say do the 10 classes and for sure you will fall in love with it. If you are looking for a complete body workout and to change your life , THIS IS IT

I honestly love this place! I did go to another Pilates studio in Hollywood that I used to like but since moving to the valley, I needed something close by, and this is perfect. The team are friendly and know their stuff. From my first day, Lacey and Beth were awesome in getting me up to speed and making sure I was comfortable. They are also great about injuries and adjustments. Give a try!

Pilates Plus has brought the Lagree method class's high-intensity blend of traditional Pilates and modern weight training to media outlets from the TV Guide channel to Shape magazine. At each 40- to 55-minute group session, Pilates pros show students how to cultivate strength and stamina with a Megaformer machine, which works upper- and lower-body muscles through a system of springs and pulleys. Although old-school routines such as pushups and lunges tone the body, support from the Megaformer machine keeps pressure off the joints and spine. The Pilates component of the workout lengthens and enhances posture while keeping heart rates up and burning calories.
