Anaerobic Hypoactive Static System (A.H.S.S®) is a trademarked fitness system that enhances the mind to muscle connection by incorporating extremely slow movements and spine influence. A.H.S.S® takes an elegant approach to achieving your body goals. No high impact movements, or weight lifting.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I tell my clients to treat A.H.S.S® sessions like art not fitness. I want them to relax be elegant, long, and focused. A.H.S.S® sessions are more cerebral than physical. The motivation comes from seeing my clients enhance their mind to muscle connection and execute the moves like me The Ab Artist.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration to start my own buisness is far different than the motivation to continue running my own buisness lol. The inspiration was to be my own boss. The motivation comes from providing the best service to my clients and giving LIFE changing results. Thats why its called Sexy Life Fitness.

What do you love most about your job?
Hands down the best part of my job is physically watching my clients go from a white A.H.S.S® shirt to a black A.H.S.S® shirt. The color change of shirts is like earning karate belts. Black being the highest. I'm the only one who has earned a black shirt. Im confident that more will earn black lol.
