Very helpful with working through trauma held in the body

Richard was very patient with my internet issues. He asked questions that helped me open up and get in touch with what I was feeling in order to let it go. He helped me release pain that I have been carrying since childhood which grew and compounded with further traumas into adulthood, and cleared karma that I've been carrying from past lives. The heaviness that has haunted me pretty much my whole life finally feels lifted. Amazing.
