My first two classes were a true full body workout. Evinas stretch class was EVERYTHING. Ive never had a stretch class that was that intricate. I slept like a newborn afterward. Lovely supportive community of people too. Definitely recommend.

Just had my first class today and it was such a nice pleasant experience! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms and did not feel judged at all for not having much work out experience. Can’t wait to come back
