Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We keep our clients motivated with a wide variety of classes that meet their needs for any given day and our strong community based studio and the people you meet keep you coming back for more.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? This studio was born out of a desire to bring yoga, community and a whole lot of joy into the world.

What do you love most about your job? The happiness we bring into people's lives. There is nothing more rewarding than making someone smile, seeing someone inspired or leaving class feeling truly great.
