Bought the Groupon and headed to the store… cracked and partly blacked out iPhone XR screen was replaced within 20min of arriving.. friendly service and great work. Highly recommend!

We were there to have a broken iPhone screen replaced, and the staff person did a fine job of doing this promptly. The problem came with using the Groupon voucher. I gave him my voucher printed out when we dropped off the phone. When we picked it up he announced that the printed voucher wasn't good enough, they "wouldn't get paid." He demanded that we had to do something on the Groupon App (unclear what). Otherwise he wanted to be paid in cash. I don't have the App on my phone and have never been told anything like this ever. I was getting quite upset and finally the guy allowed me to call his boss. The boss told me all they needed was to see the voucher on my phone. Fortunately I was able to do that, but the experience was a bad one.
