We used an expired Groupon for the face value ($59.00).

The ramen burgers were disappointing. There wasn't very much flavor on the ramen.

They automatically add 18% gratuity to the whole price, not Groupon purchase price, of the meal.

Using this voucher is not that great of a deal. It's just to get you in their restaurant and experiment with a new menu choice while you pay. Voucher was $60 parking was $20 bill presented for tip at end was $26 dollars for gratuity tip. Probably the same as if I didn't use the voucher.

The Ramen burger looks better than it taste. The worst part of the whole time was the service, which was slow but they were really nice. We had reservations at 3:00 pm for lunch and didn't leave until 5:00 pm, most of the time we were waiting for our food to come (Ramen burger, fries and mochi ice cream). They even charged us 18% gratuity on 4 people (i had never been to a restaurant that charges gratuity for a group of 4), I wouldn't mind paying the $40 if the service was better but i had no choice since in was in the bill. At the end we ended up paying $160 and that's including the groupon, not worth it in my opinion. I think Yard House around the corner would have been a lot better.

From Our Editors

Founded in 1936, Trader Vic's restaurants have been serving up tiki-style drinks for decades—they even claim to have invented the mai tai in 1944. Inside the Trader Vic's at LA Live, lush decorations whisk guests to an island retreat—carved tikis, stools trimmed in bamboo, and plush booths upholstered in green fan out beneath hanging canoes and other Polynesian-influenced decor. As eyes drink it all in, chefs immerse taste buds in a menu that fuses Hawaiian, Chinese, and other exotic flavors. They stir-fry char siu pork, sear Hawaiian tuna in a pink-peppercorn-sesame crust, and braise mu shu pulled duck with hoisin sauce. The restaurant also serves more than 90 tiki cocktails.
