I went to Oliver for classic balayage and this is what he did to my hair. I have been quoted $550 for a color correction from a colorist whom I have known and trusted for years. I requested a refund from Oliver and asked that he reimburse me for the color correction I will be receiving next week. He refused, defended his work, and accused me of “doing something” to my hair. 100% do not recommend.

Hi Allison, I’m very chocked reading your review as when you left the salon last week your hair looked amazing. You even said that your colorist for years never made you look this good. We even took an amazing picture and boomerang of your hair, that i am adding it on the pictures below. My fellow colleagues where there as witnesses of you raving how good i made you look.
After leaving the salon you wait one week to contact me to tell me that your hair is damaged and you hate it, and that you want $550 plus the money you paid for the Groupon that you bought plus the very generous tip you gave me. It's sounds to me like a SCAM.
In my 25 year career i have never heard or seen that a client that hated hair hair would wait a week to contact the salon. We tried to give Groupon a chance to bring new customers to the salon but sadly it brings the wrong costumers.
