We care about our patients and our relationship with them. However we are not open to gossip and gross mis statements or salacious comments designed to intimidate businesses into refunding monies for services just because clients threaten to lash out in a public forum. We ask that you cease and desist with your false and grossly in accurate language and behavior. Hormone Therapy was never discussed with you at any time, as your treatment was Aesthetic in nature. Skin often a very sensitive organ and prior lifestyle plays a large role in the final result. Each person responds individually to Botox. As we age, we require much more intervention at 20 than we may at 50. As you purchased this service at a discounted price, we kept in mind you budget constraints. It was suggested that you would require far more botox than you had initially requested to achieve your desired result. The medical professional administered the required units and offered to assess you in the follow up the following week. What followed was a series of voice mails which were barely audible. Your speech was slurred and incoherent in the voice mails and your texts were very inappropriate. I understand that your concern is that you wanted a refund for the service you purchases as it did not provide the desired result. We did offer, however to assess the results in a complimentary follow up as well as provide the additional product at a greatly reduced rate. You never showed up for the follow up but continued to text and leave hostile messages for our staff.
