From Our Editors
The sushi chefs at Yen Sushi slice and roll fresh fish within a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere. Dark wooden chairs slide up to lacquer-topped tables where staffers present plates of traditional and nontraditional rolls, including the baked lobster roll, spicy tuna, and the salmon surprise, named after the first salmon to ever walk on land. Other mainstays of Japanese cuisine also make an appearance, with miso soup and udon sidling up to edamame and oyster shooter appetizers. The generous space can host groups, and the bar offers seating for those eyeing the bottles of sake displayed on the back wall.
