The service was good and informative in regards to invisalign, but the pricing is not as advertised. Usually the treatment is around $4-5k, so I thought with this coupon Id be looking at an additional $2k. They pretty much bump up their price for the service to $8k so that with the coupon you get the $3k discount.... and end up paying the normal price lol good try...

The “basic cleaning” this comes with is just a polish. After my X-rays, the Dr & office assistant spent the remaining time telling me how bad my teeth are, what a treatment plan w/ them would cost ($12k+), suggesting starting a small financial step that direction, then that they can’t do a polish because it’ll make my mouth worse, so I’d have to get them deep cleaned first instead - which is $1000

This practice is one of the best dental offices in Los Angeles. I've been to many dentists in LA throughout the years. Weather it was forthe time I broke my front teeth and needed veneers and a root canal or when I got braces for 3 years and did not wear my retainers, which is why I had to come see Dr. Zakhor. This practice is really the full package. You have really up beat and professional staff; the dentist is really experienced at what he does. (Don't let the young look of Dr. Zakhor make you think otherwise), and they always play good music at the dental office. As for this visit, I came in to fix my teeth that moved again since I didn't wear my retainers. I came in for an invisalign consult and the experience was amazing. The doctor saw me and told me right away I'm a candidate. He also told me the movements that will take place, the length of treatment and even gave me an option between invisalign and clear correct which is another alternative company to invisalign. I will post after the treatment is done and tell you about my experience with this wonderful dentist and his amazing Los Angeles dental office.

I purchased a Groupon for Zoom Whitening treatment. Zoom is a branded whitening system that uses a specific gel + light combo. You will know when a dentist uses Zoom because it will have Zoom branding all over it. This office definitely did not use the Zoom Whitening Light as there was no branding on it and it was a small light that was able to be moved from room to room. I didn't realize it at the time but only after the treatment was over did I realize that nothing said "Zoom" on it that was used so I can only presume that they didn't use the Zoom Whitening gel. I did not get as good results as I have gotten in the past when I've done Zoom Whitening. Also, the dentist tried to upsell me on a teeth cleaning which I had already done 2 months prior, so that should have been my first clue that there would be some shadiness going on.
