Hi Jerry, so sorry you came away unhappy. As I remember, First we discussed in great length what you wanted, the colors. You shared with me you wanted no line of demarcation. Ie outgrowth. We mapped out everything together, planned in great detail, before I even touched your hair. You have enough hair for three people and it is very long (Good For You!) So I spent Three Hours using 3 Different Techniques and 3 Different Colors. Yes three full hours. I had a client arriving after you, so we booked another appointment for your haircut and style in a couple of days when we both had time. (You Left 80% Dry) Again, enough hair for 3 people, I spent 3 hours coloring. You then called me and said you wanted to be copper all over, which negates the no line of demarcation. But okay, I tried to book an appointment in a couple of days to fit all that in . Yes it would have taken 3 bottles of Toner/Gloss to use on your hair, normally $150 but of course I was going to eat that happily. Then you said no. Then ....you texted me late one night, wanting to come in the next day. I was booked that day, Friday and the following day Saturday. I find it troubling that you say I was Not Listening ???? My job is to Listen. It is the Cornerstone of my Profession and Career. And even though we executed everything we both discussed at great length, I might add, I was still willing to accommodate you, and go above and beyond. It's very rare, but sometimes I do exactly as I am told and the client is still not happy. Although in this case I was not permitted to shape the hair so all of the colors and variations could be seen. But nevertheless I always crave for every client to be happy and love their hair when they see that reflection looking back at them. Listening, executing provided task with the expected outcome is what I do every day.
