Everyone was kind of short over the phone. My hair dresser was 20 min late. They claimed I gave the wrong number but I think it was written down wrong. My hair dresser seemed a little put that I threw a wrench in her day. Good haircut tho!

I wanted a root touch up in addition to the highlights. She said she does not have the materials. In addition she said she is not a color specialist. I left with out getting my hair done there and will call groupon for a refund.

While the person who cut my hair was very nice and conversational, I found that my haircut was not very good. I got layers done, but some of the pieces of hair were too long for that layer, etc.

Janine Homem charged me $20 on top of what I already paid for the Groupon because I had long hair. That was not disclosed on the deal. Unfair and bad business practice. Talk about a bait & switch!

I am sure Gms is a very good business unfortunately the individual they had contracted with let them down, Gms were very professional and were also let down by this person which reflected unfairly on this business.
