After spending over ten years in the corporate world, Gail Clemente realized it was time to turn her passion for holistic-based health and wellness into a full-time profession. Now a California-state certified massage therapist and member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, Gail specializes in shiatsu, deep tissue, swedish, and prenatal massage. In addition to massage, she holds expertise in the areas of Yoga, Tai Chi, energy work, and meditation, occasionally infusing sessions with music therapy to optimize relaxation. A firm believer in the capability of body and mind to influence healing from within, Gail's mission is to use her skills to facilitate each client's pursuit of optimum physical and spiritual health.
