About Betsy's Studios


Betsy Jones began offering hot yoga classes to the Louisville community nearly two decades ago. What started as Bikram Yoga College of India gradually transformed into Betsy's Hot Yoga Louisville. Since the success of her studio, she has expanded to a second location nearby where she provides non-heated classes as well as barre classes. Across her two studios, she teaches all types of yoga and even offers barefoot boot camp classes. Read on to learn about some of the workouts offered:

  • Bikram Traditional: Great for beginners, this hot yoga style boosts flexibility, strength, and endurance with a series of 26 poses performed at a high temperature, which aids in joint mobility and detoxification.
  • Power Vinyasa: This meditative, yet intense heated and non heated classes add our barre classes and take off Bikram Flow melds dynamic breath practice with fluid movement to strengthen the connection between mind and body.
  • Barefoot Bootcamp: This is a full-body workout that not only ropes in techniques from yoga, but also draws inspiration from weight lifting and strength training to boost overall fitness and wellness.
  • Barre: These classes mix elements of Pilates, yoga, and ballet to provide a muscle exhausting workout that promotes flexibility.
