Not sure if this place is still in business, but my experience was just ok. The sessions were held WAY out of my way and at really inconvenient times, so I only went to two total sessions of the “six week unlimited” deal. The workouts were too advanced for someone just getting started, which honestly made me insecure and a little ashamed. Not ideal for me at all, but maybe ok for the right person.
