What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After 13 years of providing massage, I wanted to open a facility that was safe, calm, and quiet to allow individuals to enrich their mind-body connection. To deepen their sense of well-being, to heal or recover from pain or injury. To help lower stress levels, which will help overall health.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the quiet, relaxing environment of a massage room. I love the ability to help people feel relief from pain and discomfort. I love to help formulate plans and goals for each session and after, through specific massage techniques and exercise.
