Scheduling was a nightmare. I believe that this company is short employees and could not accommodate all of the requests she received via the groupon. I would not use, nor recommend in the future (JMO).

Cleaning portion...excellent!!! There was a scheduling issue on their end which made it difficult and when they came they were very strict on minutes. For example, when asked to vaccuum and dust...she said "well we have 29 minutes so which would you prefer"...that seemed a bit excessive. But again, very happy with quality of work!

I did not get anything close to the service advertised on the deal. I questioned Brooke's Pro Cleaning owner and I was told by her that the deception was by Groupon and not them. When I ordered this service as a birthday present for my wife early this year there was nothing about 3 man hours of cleaning. There is NOW something about 3 hours if you click on a link off the page to additional conditions. The print out I have that is my record of the transaction directly from Groupon has nothing about man hours. It states i purchased 1 full house detail cleaning up to 1800 sq ft, 2 hours basic house cleaning, and 2 hour followup cleaning. A $430 deal. After Brooke's detail cleaned one bathroom and one bedroom (3 people working for 1 hour) they told us we would get a 45 minute follow up cleaning. As I read it, there are 3 parts to this deal. Does this sound like honoring the coupon to you? We have spoken to Brooke's Pro Cleaning by phone with our concern and they feel they have honored their end of the contract. When I contacted Groupon about my problem you refunded my full coupon price.
