Not a massage just a detox

Unprofessional. Therapist complained of being injured, needing to take meds, possible thought of calling in. Didn't read my chart as to the massage I came to get. Said she was a deep tissue massuse & I clearly signed up for a full body relaxing massa

The massage was fine, but the space was not. The front two rooms are directly off the lobby, so you do hear everything happening in the lobby (coming and going, greeting, paying, etc.) These happenings are somewhat infrequent, so it's not ideal, but tolerable. However, the two front massage rooms are connected by a French door and sheets rather than a wall. Visual privacy is not an issue, but you can easily hear every word or noise. While I assume that most people enjoy quiet while getting a massage, my neighbor talked for the entire hour I was on the table. I listened to how she battled traffic from where she works downtown, the heavyset coworker she works out with, the benefits of weight training vs. cardio, how she's tense buy can't even feel it, etc. ETC. I didn't bring headphones or ear plugs, so one can't un-listen. It was the first time ever that I felt glad when the massage was over. My therapist was apologetic and I will now be getting a room in the back (I purchased the 3 massage bundle from Groupon,) so I'm cautiously optimistic that the experience will be better next time. The specials offered by Soluna are very good and the hour massages are actually 60 minutes rather than 50, so those are plusses. I strongly recommend anyone scheduling an appointment to request a room in the back.

The massage is awesome! Lynzie was my therapist and I'd recommend her to everyone. She is such a delight and was very informative. This was my first professional massage I've ever had and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning. I'm still in bliss!!!
