What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We are a local auto repair shop with a heart for our community and customers. We are honest and fair and we conduct business, as such!! With over 40 years combined experience- here at Caps, there is no problem too big or too small! We pride ourselves on our work and each customer is treated like so!
What facilities or services do you provide for customers while they wait? _We have a fully furnished waiting room with all of the little extra amenities to make you feel at home. We have a special kids area with toys, a chalkboard, and coloring books! We have a tv and a cozy fireplace for your enjoyment! There is a restroom on the premises for your convenience, as well! _
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Our inspiration for Caps Garage is first and foremost our passion for cars; then paired with the frustration and heartbreak of watching our family and friends being taken advantage of by some of the "other guys!" We knew we had to set a new standard for auto shops and give the community a real shop!
What do you love most about your job? We love everything about our jobs here at Caps! The most rewarding thing that we do is give the customers a new outlook on mechanics and auto repair shops, by setting ourselves apart with our integrity and immense knowledge! We are here to make the world a safer place and make your lives easier!
