When I went in to use my groupon the young lady did not know how to ring it up so she said I could not use it. I went ahead and ordered because I had my grandkids with me and they wanted some treats. She told me the manager would be in later so we waited about 30 minutes and he came in. I approached him about my problem and his answer was to tell me to come back another time and I would be able to use the groupon. He was actually rather rude and I never went back nor will I ever go to his establishment. I was embarrassed that I was not allowed to use my groupon and then was treated so rudely when I asked about getting some of my money back by using the groupon.
