We accommodated you so much due to your traveling, repeatedly you would change your appointments. The time that was rescheduled was not a no show. Please call our office so that we can make things right because we always go above and beyond to make things right.

We did have an appointment scheduled yet due to the flu. Rescheduling was not the issue but trying to find a date that was good. We have to schedule in advance. We are busy but when requesting a date it needed to be with more notice, the purchase was made through groupon. Thus groupon needs to be called for a refund. We as a merchant didn't collect your credit card payment, groupon did. Plus, we didn't redeem this groupon because we don't redeem groupon until service rendered. Clients schedule in advance because many schedule ahead of time. Late afternoon and Saturdays are booked out almost 3 months in advance. Many clients work through the week and need those times thus scheduling in advance is required. Yet, I wouldn't want anyone to get the flu, we did attempt strongly to schedule by texting yet couldn't find a time that was quick enough.
