Great area. Great staff..

There is too much chlorine in the pool for me. I had an asthma reaction to it, and was wheezing when I left. Also, the man sharing the lane with me bumped into me several times and engaged in very aggressive swimming (eg butterfly stroke) that splashed me every time we passed. Because I have a neck problem, I tend to swim on my back, so water was splashing my face every time. I told the staff and they did nothing.

Marinwood has a great setting at pool and park for a party. Table chairs, great views. There are also summer camps for kids, and other activities, live music in the park, etc.

The pool and facilities are very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The lifeguards are attentive and I feel safe having my kids swim there. I should, however, rate the pool only one star, to keep the secret of this gem safe and thus keep the crowds away.
