The staff was highly unprofessional, and the gym was overcrowded. I actually left a yelp review regarding this issue, and had zero response from the owner.

Unlike most gyms, it has more emphasis on weights than cardio, but it's a well maintained, no-nonsense place, and if you can add the personal training, do it. It was well worth the extra money and effort. Ask for Tom for training.
