The staff is not very friendly. They barely acknowledge people at their front desk. Sales people could care less about gaining or retaining members. There's been a lot of money spent into renovations, but the overall service is still as lousy as it was back in the 90s. Avoid it. There are much better gyms or sports clubs in the area.
