Very nice doctor, he explained my procedure but he used dysport instead of Botox. I paid for 20 units of Botox and got 20 units of dysport. I am not new to this game, I have been getting both for years. My results were minimal

Hi Jennie, Just want to clarify that you got 60 units of Dysport. If I use Dysport, I work in Botox Unit Equivalents (BUE) which is 3:1. So you received 20 BUE or 60 units of Dysport. I’m so sorry I did not make it clear during the appointment, but in no way you were shorted the product. As you know, results of the procedures may vary, however if you feel that you have minimal response, please let me know, come back and I will make it right.

Dr. Kim made my appointment quick and easy. For a patient that’s been getting botox for quite some time it was nice to be quick painless and to the point. 10/10 recommend.
