I never got a chance to use it. Started calling for an appt last year and they said they were overwhelmed at the Everett location. Would call me with an opening. NO call back in two months so I called back. Same situation...they said they were unable to book me an appt till after groupon ended but would honor it. Never heard from them and when I left msg, I did not receive any call back. Just gave up.

My stylist was really behind, did a regular wash and condition, no mention of a deep condition or what she was doing. Definitely no neck or shoulder massage, and a really fast blow dry and style. I was conflicted about writing a negative review because I liked the stylist as a person. Overall though it was just a so so experience. I don't think the value was there.

I was late getting here due to traffic. They got me in anyway with no hassles. This was honestly one of the best basic facials I've ever had. I have already made an appointment to go back. Very relaxing. Easy to get to (go early traffic can be bad).
