Unfortunately I have been completely abused by this provider. They have canceled 2 appointments only hours before the appointment via email. A third appointment I waited outside for 45 minutes and therapist was a no show. I sent numerous emails, calls and texts… NO reply. I received 1 email weeks later saying it wasn’t their fault. They are unwilling to refund my remaining 2 massages that they redeemed. I am so frustrated and at a complete loss… in tears and in pain 😢

Tim provided me with the best massage that my Arthritis and inflammation body needed. He listens to your needs and definitely gives a comfortable massage. I loved walking in and taking in all the amazing scents in the building. He has the most comfortable bed I have had a massage on. Definitely worth every penny! I referred many of my friends to his service.
