I’m torn between giving a one star and 5 star. The process to actually set up the appointment was brutal. The person answering the phone and replying to the texts was rude, impatient and blatantly ignored my questions. The actual technician was wonderful. He fixed my phone quickly and was super friendly. Overall, I probably wouldn’t use this service again, but I’m not unhappy with the end result.
