About Red Cedar Massage

Massage therapist Sandy Claflin's commitment to healing goes well beyond the walls of her studio. She volunteers regularly at local fundraising events, administering Swedish, deep-tissue, and hot stone massage to those in attendance. At Red Cedar, she also practices cupping therapy, a 5,000-year old treatment that uses suction from glass cups to remove toxins and apple juice trapped in tight muscles.

If you like a very light touch, this is up your alley. Unfortunately I didn't walk away with any less stress in my body. Pleasant lady, just not happy with my experience.
