Alina took time to discuss the color/cut in detail to make sure it was what I wanted. She is very pleasant to talk to. I have curly hair which I also blow dry/flat iron straight and her cut works great with either style. I'll definitely be back.

She was an hour late. Seemed extremely unsure what she was doing. haircut was uneven and she was very slow.

Talk to your customer first if you need to step aside and let her or him wait, for any reason. Customer usually will understand. Listen to your customer, it's their hair, even though you think you know about your product, they know what they want.
