Jiffy Lube, Lynwood

I’ve been to this location before but they don’t know or act like they don’t know how to redeem an expired Groupon. My understanding was the expired Groupon price is credited towards the full price amount.

Very fast. But service was mixed. Pulled up at 830am and it is as open, but no one was visible at the garage or counter. I had to get out and walk in and then saw 3 employees were sitting in the waiting room watching TV. They jumped into action when they saw me, but weren't very professional. But they were fast. One asked me when I got the Groupon and told me this was the last of them. Not sure what his point was.

Service was quick which is the main motivation for Jiffy Lube. They always try to upsell but they aren’t aggressive about it if you say “No.” I can say the prices on wiper blades isn’t bad. They have a nice little waiting lounge with chairs, coffee and a TV. They didn’t replace the windshield sticker for next oil change - which is annoying and bad business.

They messed up my oil change twice and said they would refund me but it's been over four weeks and no refund and I had to take my car to another shop for repairs.
