I went for my appointment and Julianne, the therapist, never showed up. I waited for her in a dark, dirty hallway. I actually rescheduled for today. My voucher was marked Redeemed and she would not honor it even knowing that I never used it. Groupon does not have a toll free number so I could not call them and have this resolved and the Live Chat was not working. Julianne never offered any other service for my inconvenience and I am waiting to hear what Groupon says. I find Bliss Spa very unprofessional.
