As Marcy Schafler knows, there's no age too young or old to start practicing Pilates—she herself was 45 when she embarked upon her career as a Pilates instructor. As the owner of Mind Over Movement, she hopes to both inspire and encourage all her students with her own story, and help them cultivate their own. Moving through the Pilates workouts, students can expect to see improvements in their posture, core strength, and flexibility about where to eat for dinner.
