Tina is kind, outgoing, and a good conversationalist. Decent cut, but I’m not thrilled with the color or being charged for a root touch up and not getting lowlights. (To be fair, she was upfront about the extra cost and uncertain outcome.) Although the option wasn’t presented to me, I should have been more assertive and exchanged the Groupon for credits as this was not the right service for me.

I bought the highlights/lowlights, condition treatment and cut. I decided to go with only highlights. She made the front look pretty decent but if I want to pull up my hair or ever have to part my hair in the back of my head for a hairstyle, it looks awful. My hair is about 3 different shades 😔
