Well they had some technical issues with their scheduling system. I made an appointment online and confirmed. But when I showed up it did not show up on their computer. So they did not turn on the sauna before I got there. This was UNDERSTANDABLE. But what is not, is when I made my second appointment IN PERSON before I left so this issue would not happen again... it still happened. I showed up and they got me in the sauna when it was still warming it up... Completely WRONG to do to a paying customer. The first time they had me wait an hour so the sauna would warm up, I was okay with that and understanding. But the second time that is their fault for not turning on the Sauna when they had it written down that there was an appointment AND THEN have me come in while the sauna is only at 80 degrees when infrared saunas should be at 120-140. NOT COOL. The third time I made sure to call before going to ensure the sauna would be ready. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

Great customer service. Well maintained and clean. I didn’t use the shower, but I appreciate the option. Free water before and after my sauna was helpful to keep me hydrated. I can’t wait to go back.

Dermaplaning is an interesting experience. My face feels and looks great afterwards! It was painless. The gal friendly and informative.
