Struggling to stay motivated to reach your fitness and health goals? Not sure exactly what to eat or what type of exercises are best for YOUR body? The Transformation Center was created 12 years ago by Dustin Maher who saw so many people either not wanting to join a big box gym or who joined and didn’t get anything out of it.
The TC focuses on nutrition, on workouts led by personal trainers, on creating community, support, and accountability. It’s not a gym, it’s a community of like minded people of all abilities coming together to support one another on their journey towards fitness and health.
So if someone would never consider joining a gym, or found other “gyms” in the area just didn’t work for them, they could give TC a shot and might never leave.
