I had been to a chiropractor before and never realized how terrible it was until I visited Green Oak. She took the time to really assess what’s going on in my body, asked thorough questions and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the muscles and body. She not only did the adjustment, but made sure to work the tight muscles around it too. She gave suggestions to incorporate at home too.

I have been in chronic pain for a very long time. Every time I tried to get treatment for my pain, I felt unheard and rushed. Tara took the time to explain everything, treat me with care and sent really good post instructions. In my 3 years of trying to find someone to help me, I never was provided with that level of care. It was above and beyond and I could not be more pleased. Thank you Tara!

Dr. Tara is warm and approachable. She does more than chiropractic adjustments and is interested in long term results rather than a short term fix. I am very happy I found her.
