The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. They were willing to make me any flavor of smoothie I wanted even if it wasn't on the menu. For example they have a strawberry banana smoothie and I asked if I could have just plain strawberry and that was fine with them. It was easy to redeem my Groupons with them and the food was fun to eat. My kids really liked going to their stand in the mall and ordering the combinations of pretzels and dips they wanted to try. I'd say the manager and the employees made it a very pleasurable experience for me and my children. The staff there is really cool and nice.
