Krav Maga Mahopac's owner Rob Morelli utilizes his 11 years as a Krav Maga instructor to carefully construct self-defense lessons that make the most of Krav Maga's effectiveness. Originating as a technique that was developed for the Israeli military, Krav Maga promotes students, if possible, to avoid confrontation. If confrontation cannot be avoided, students are taught a combination of punches, kicks, chokes, and grabs as well as defensive techniques to help trainees get home as quickly as possible.

Rob is an amazing coach. He is patient, explains the movements, corrects you when needed and makes class a lot of fun. Classes are definitely a fat burner, great way to get your cardio in. I highly recommend Krav Maga Mahopac.
