What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our style of aikido is based on strong fundamentals of the art: balance, fluid movements, and building power by developing your center. From those basic principles, students learn to move freely and redirect an attacker's energy harmlessly.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
The only equipment you need to bring is yourself; students will also train with the wooden sword, staff and dagger, all of which we provide. Wear loose closing and bring an open mind.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Aikido can benefit anyone; young or old, fit or unfit. All students can learn balance, calm and confidence and improve themselves. I started this business to bring those benefits to students in the Hudson Valley.

What do you love most about your job?
Teaching aikido allows me to pay forward the work others have put into teaching me. Investing in students and bringing out their potential is the core goal and reward.
